Our way of working is as follows:
- If Best People has a suitable vacant position in its portfolio or expects to have one soon, we will conduct an intake interview at our office. We firmly believe in getting acquainted in person in order to create the best match.
- If you have been invited for an interview concerning a currently available vacant position, we will also discuss the vacant position and the employer.
- Upon proven suitability, Best People will introduce you to the employer.
- If the employer so wishes, Best People will conduct a reference check.
- Supervision during the procedure.
- During the entire procedure, Best People will regularly provide updates about the progress of the procedure.
- We will initiate an evaluation interview with you and the employer at the employer’s office. Including an evaluation of the service of Best People.
