Way of working for employers

From the moment Best People gets started with your vacant position, you may assume that we will fill in the vacant position within the agreed term.

Our way of working is as follows:

  • Intake interview at the employer’s office. We believe that this is essential in order to be successful; getting a feel with the company culture, checking where the candidate will be working, discussing expectations.
  • Publishing the vacant position on online media; LinkedIn, Twitter, Monsterboard, Indeed and the Best People website.
  • Proactive searching for the best candidates by using LinkedIn, the Best People database, our own and our shared networks and job boards.
  • Conducting face-to-face intake interviews with candidates at the office of Best People. Only then is it possible to make the best match.
  • Introduction of the top three candidates.
  • If the employer so wishes, Best People will conduct a reference check.
  • Supervising the procedure.
  • During the entire procedure, Best People will regularly provide updates about the progress of the procedure.
  • We will initiate an evaluation interview with the employer and the candidate at the employer’s office. Including an evaluation of the service of Best People.

 

Fees

Best People is transparent about its way of working and fees. In case of a successful recruitment procedure Best People will charge the following fees:

  • Regular recruitment assignment:
    20% of the gross annual salary (including holiday allowance, fixed thirteenth month and bonus) of the candidate.
  • Executive search assignment:
    25% of the gross annual salary (including holiday allowance, fixed thirteenth month and bonus) of the candidate. We understand executive search to be the recruitment of senior management, board of directors, administrative board and supervisory board positions.
  • Interim management:
    20% of the hourly-rate remuneration as paid by the employer will be charged as a margin by Best People.
